Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

6+ years (or 4+ years with MS EE) designing, testing, and troubleshooting high-reliability embedded systems

Demonstrated understanding of electrical principles, test methodologies, and the ability to work with advanced test equipment and cutting-edge technology

Demonstrated experience designing mixed-signal CCAs

"hands-on" laboratory experience with instrumentation, equipment, and processes

Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

Experience with LRIP / FRP, specially electronics manufacturing and test methodologies

Formal systems engineering experience with responsibility for end-to-end requirements management.

Hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer performing similar duties in a complex technical environment.

Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software engineering concepts and how they integrate into a complete system.

Experience with requirements development, verification and validation, and test documentation.

Ability to create and maintain architecture diagrams that represent entire systems and their subsystems.

Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JAMA for tracking and organizing requirements.

Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (such as electrical, mechanical, software, or systems engineering).

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across disciplines.

The current base salary range for this role is between $96,000 - $124,500.

Eligible full-time employees (salaried or hourly) may also receive MBO bonuses based on company, division, and individual performance.

The position is full-time and based on a Compressed Work Week schedule. The schedule calls for a 12 Hour shift alternating between 3 and 4 days per week (Sunday through Tues and every other Wednesday). The employee may need to provide occasional off-shift support, depending on business needs.

Bachelors' degree in Engineering or related technical field is required

2-year minimum experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management

Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred

5 years prior management/supervisory experience preferred
