Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.

Estimated shift times: 1st shift (6:00 am – 4:30 pm Sun-Wed). Shifts may vary, depending on program needs

Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operations

Able to climb and down ladders, work in tight spaces, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position

Able to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

High school diploma or equivalent

4+ years experience in electrical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation

Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.

Must be willing to travel up to 5% to different sites and for training

1+ years experience leading technicians in a manufacturing environment

Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, medical device industry, aviation, military or other high-reliability operating environment

Experience in an ambiguous, fast-paced production environment

Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements

Experience with forklifts, cranes and heavy equipment (including previous certifications)

Skill in operating and manipulating machinery and various hand and power tools requiring manual dexterity

A demonstrated ability in reading/writing/creating/understanding technical drawings, work instructions, test plans and standard operating procedures

Detailed knowledge of electrical, optical and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing and satellite components

Ability to use a wide variety of precision measuring and testing instruments
