At least five years of continuous experience in metal fabrication.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Ability to use measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
Ability to work the shifts and hours required by business and production needs.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Regular exposure to a manufacturing and fabrication environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility.
Must follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
