The base salary range for this position is listed below.

Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs)

96,000.00 - 166,300.00 USD annually

Working outside of normal business hours for routine maintenance as required, including responding to out-of-hours emergency calls.

Candidates must be able to travel (over 50 miles) or commute (less than 50 miles) to active data center sites as required by business needs.

3+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance, or 3+ years of electrical facilities maintenance and 2+ years of mechanical facilities maintenance experience

Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings

3+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience

Experience in data center engineering or operations

Experience in construction or project management

Experience leading technical teams through daily operations and maintenance evolutions

Can work in an environment that involves walking, stooping, bending, and climbing to access equipment

(AR Experience Required)

High school graduate or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail

Knowledgeable of administration practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing administration functions in the post-acute care facility

Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours

Read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Lift 20 lbs floor to waist, lift 20 lbs waist to shoulder, lift and carry 20 lbs, and push/pull 20 lbs

Prior bookkeeping experience preferred

Prior billing in a health-care setting preferred

Data entry experience preferred
