Minimum of 7 years of progressive construction estimating experience.
Experience estimating multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or similarly complex construction projects.
Proven ability to independently manage estimates from initial project review through final submission.
Strong proficiency in performing quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, pricing strategies, and subcontractor bid evaluation.
Solid understanding of construction means and methods, project sequencing, and scope development.
Experience evaluating project risks and identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness and value.
Established network of subcontractor and supplier relationships within the construction industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively in customer-facing situations.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, and Preconstruction teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy, accountability, and high-quality work.
Proficiency with construction estimating software tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including tools for documentation, analysis, and scheduling.
