High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
1+ Years experience in Quality Control or related field
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
Experience in mechanical inspection with proficiency in the use of basic hand measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.).
Proficiency in quality control principles and inspection techniques.
Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and drawings.
Experience with finished goods and In-process inspections.
Basic understanding of material flow in operations..
Experience with MS Office and material management systems in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and AS 9100 standards.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
Standing for extended periods during inspections.
Dexterity to handle small parts and use inspection tools.
Ability to work in a noisy environment.
