Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Significant CNC lathe and mill programming experience.
5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment with strong Mechanical and industrial engineering.
1-3 years of experience managing projects in a supervisory role directly overseeing personnel.
Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write technical documentation.
Strong understanding of aerospace fabrication design, assembly, and GD&T;
Strong background in planning and scheduling by setting timelines, organizing daily tasks, and tracking project goals.
Training in lean principles is preferred
Background in problem-solving methodology. (8D, A3, Fishbone, 5-whys, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/Inventory systems.
Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, manufacturing, and fabrication processes
Proficiency in Blueprint reading, including GD&T;
Proficiency in reading Engineering specs and procedures.
