Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years' experience and/or training in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be capable to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Must be capable to calculate figures and amounts, such as, discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Must have the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be capable to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, such as, mathematical, and/or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
