A minimum of 40 hours per week is required.

Work schedules may vary based on project needs and may include evenings, nights, or weekends.

At least five years of experience managing construction projects valued at more than $20 million.

Demonstrated experience leading field operations for commercial, public sector, education, or similarly complex construction projects.

OSHA 30-hour certification

First Aid

CPR certifications.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Procore, bluebeam, Primavera scheduling, and Business Information Modeling (BIM)

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and related project documents.

Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and move throughout the jobsite.

The role may require lifting, carrying, or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience working across commercial, public sector, and education construction markets.

Experience participating in preconstruction, project pursuits, client interviews, or proposal presentations.

Experience mentoring assistant superintendents, field engineers, project engineers, or other project team members.
