Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).
No Block Scheduling for any Travelers at Salem.
3+ yrs. of recent experience required.
Interventional, Cardiac, PCI, Scrub and EPIC experience required. Cath/EP Lab experience. EP Responsibilities: scrub for device implants, lead revision and ablations.
Unit/Facility Details: Cardiac Catheterization and EP lab. 2 Rooms. PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implant, ablations etc.
Shift & Scheduling:7 Call shifts (Call Room available on site) per schedule block (4 weeks), dependent upon staffing (3 of those shifts are a full weekend - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday).
Floating Requirements: Potentially to Interventional Radiology.
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
Certifications: CV (Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (ARRT))
Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required.
