Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
Load product onto tempering line to be heat treated
Able to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements
Able to use a tape measure consistently down to 1/32”
Able to lift up to 75lbs unassisted
Setup and adjust recipes according to product type and outcomes of quality inspections
Operat[e] heat treating furnace and run product through according to production schedule
Hight School Diploma or GED, preferred
Perform required quality inspections and document results
One year of computer controlled machine operating experience
Log rejected product and report findings to QC, Supervisor, and Production Control
Inspect, approve, or reject product before sent to next department
