Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Northwell Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Northwell Health.

All required certifications and licensure should not expire during the assignment. If your certifications or licensure are set to expire during the listed contracted dates, you must apply with a receipt of renewal.
Minimum 2 yrs Cath Lab procedure experience
7 days maximum time off
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
BLS (Basic Life Support)
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
