High school diploma or equivalent required.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment.
Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
