Must be able to set up, adjust, and make adjustments on equipment has needed.
Must be able to set up, adjust, and make adjustments on a minimum of 3 machines in Fab.
Must have strong metal press forming and basic fabrication background.
Competent at basic dimensional measuring an able to quickly learn the use of precision measurement tools.
Demonstrated competency in basic shop math.
Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawings aids.
Ability to work with various types of metal forming constraints with guidance.
1 year experience in a like environment, or a minimum of 1 year post high school education in a related field.
High school diploma or GED with one year of trades training and at least one year of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
Must possess good mechanical ability and the ability to perform basic calculations to operate welding and fabricating machines.
Demonstrates ability to operate a welder, grinder, bandsaw, ironworker, overhead crane, torch, measuring devices and a variety of hand and power tools.
Prior work record indicating dependability and conscientiousness.
Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.
Must have a basic understanding of computers.

Work 100% of the time in a manufacturing setting; standing, sitting, kneeling, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
