Degree in engineering, computer science, learning design, or instructional technology preferred.
At least three years of experience developing instructor-led, eLearning, or virtual courseware for substation and transmission engineering.
At least three years of experience developing training for the utility industry.
At least three years of technical writing experience.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methods.
Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in task analysis.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
At least three years of experience with Questionmark and Author-it.
Knowledge of safety practices and ability to incorporate PG&E;'s safety culture into daily work.
