DUTIES: WORK IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS
Set up, CIP and clean UHT and aseptic processing systems and all associated equipment
Make mix/batching for UHT and aseptic systems
Set up, CIP and clean associated raw and pasteurized equipment (tanks, lines, batch systems, etc.)
Perform assigned PM's, rebuild valves, pumps and homogenizer, etc.
Operate and CIP separator and other associated equipment
Complete and maintain all associated records in accordance with company, state and federal requirements
Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices
