The current hourly rate for this position is 23.50 hourly
Pass Industrial Vehicle Test (Crane, Forklift, Joey)
Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using lifts
Accurate & Consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Shoes, Gloves, Uniform others as required by the specific process)
Review & suggest any improvements for the Standard Operating Procedures
Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader / Team Manager and execute production with Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints as a base
Use the downtime efficiently to learn the new processes & run improvements from the status board activities
Accurately records data on quality documentation, components and product per company standards and/or customer requirements
Be active and engaged into the Daily Status Board Meetings by explaining the deviations and propose solutions
Report any deviations (Safety, Quality, Parts, Equipment, etc.) to Status Boards immediately and update the Team Leader / Team Manager
Engaged in daily & weekly 5S routines to achieve high 5S Standard and Sustain it
Constantly look for the cross-training opportunities within different manufacturing processes & better ways to add value
Looking into your own areas for waste (time, motion, transportation, inventories etc.) elimination opportunities and drive KAIZEN improvements
Will be trained and must pass Industrial Vehicle Test (Crane, Forklift, Joey)
Using the SOP Matrix, will cross train to support any and all department or factory demands, as required
As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the assembly of our gasket plate heat exchanger
You will assemble components together to build finished products, requiring strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to follow blueprints/instructions in a fast-paced setting
Key duties include using hand/power tools, performing quality checks, documenting processes, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with teams, often involving repetitive tasks
