High school diploma with at least 2 years of experience in executing maintenance on utilities/facilities equipment, or an associate's degree in a technical field.
Ability to complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and in accordance with Company guidelines.
Work with computerized systems.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, committed to meeting high-quality standards.
Knowledge in the operation and maintenance of utility equipment such as boilers, air compressors, HVAC units, etc.
Overtime and schedule adjustments may be required.
Position requires knowledge of utility and facilities equipment such as air handlers, boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps & drives, heat exchangers, air compressors, hot water package units, clean steam and water for injection systems.
Able to climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
