Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required

8 or more years of experience in quality, testing, manufacturing, or engineering within industrial or electrical equipment environments.

Strong expertise in transformer and/or voltage regulation equipment, including design, manufacturing, testing, and applicable standards (IEEE, ANSI, IEC)

Knowledge of power equipment standards, quality systems, and supplier quality processes

Experience with non-conformance management, CAPA, PPAP, supplier qualification, and customer complaint handling, including field and warranty issues

Master's degree preferred
