Prior experience as a Powder Coating Technician in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
Strong knowledge of powder coating equipment, application techniques, and curing processes
Must be able to read a tape measure, and protractor
Must be able to lift up to 80lbs
Must be able to perform Team Lifts as needed
Familiarity with different types of coatings, materials, and their applications
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Basic understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance
Ability to understand written work instructions and procedures written in English, prints, and tool gauges, measuring devices and inspection tools
