1st Shift – Flexible start times (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Pay: $18.52/hour
Location: Milford, NH
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or on a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Follow work instructions, material lists, and production schedules to complete assigned tasks
Gather required materials, tools, and fixtures for each job
Perform basic assembly and production operations
Monitor processes and make adjustments when needed to maintain quality
Inspect finished products and properly package or store completed items
Label products accurately and complete required documentation
Maintain accurate inventory counts and production records
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Identify and report any production or quality issues to leadership
Work collaboratively with team members and support overall production goals
