High school diploma or equivalent experience with 12 years of related work experience
An AA or Technical Trade degree with 01 years of work experience
Ability to follow cGMP and cGLP requirements as well as FDA and ISO standards in daily work
Basic laboratory skills in chemistry or related disciplines
Proficiency with computer systems such as word processing software, spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel), SAP, and email
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for several hours, including performing repetitive arm and wrist motions as required by laboratory tasks
Ability to transport heavy materials up to 400 lbs using appropriate machines or equipment assistance
Ability to work in a controlled environment and adhere to all environmental and safety controls
Flexibility with work schedules, including willingness to work modified shift times, overtime, and weekends when needed
