Experience with process development, optimization, and sustainment in production environments
Ability to lead complex manufacturing projects with minimal supervision
Experience with new product introduction, production transition, and ramp-up
Knowledge of root cause and corrective action methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, and CAPA
Experience with SPC, process capability analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Experience improving tooling, fixtures, and production layouts for safety, quality, and efficiency
Understanding of DFM/DFA and manufacturability principles
Ability to collaborate across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and program management
Experience improving cycle time, yield, throughput, labor efficiency, and cost
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred), MES, and production documentation control
Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to mentor junior engineers, technicians, and support staff
Experience with supplier support, producibility issue resolution, and complex or high-reliability manufacturing environments
Knowledge of equipment qualification, acceptance testing, capital equipment implementation, and factory modernization
Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T;, BOMs, and configuration-controlled documentation
Strong problem-solving skills with focus on quality, schedule, cost, and producibility
