High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required while working on the production floor, including safety glasses, steel-toed footwear, and high-visibility clothing.
Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift, move, or position materials weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull heavier items using approved assistive equipment.
Occasional overtime may be required to support business and production requirements.
