Starting salary range for position: $88,000 - $106,000

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance.

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

Bachelor's degree in business, science, statistics, or engineering required.

Seven (7) years' of previous experience in corrugated manufacturing operations.

Five (5) years' previous experience with lean manufacturing tools such as root cause analysis, five why analysis, and process failure mode and effect analysis.

Experience with food safety and managing food programs.

Experience developing and executing training initiatives.

Solid working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Must be able to travel as necessary

Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.

Certified quality engineer.

Food safety certification such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).

Exposure to manufacturing shop floor and/or Statistics and Quality software preferred.
