Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role will be considered.
Ability to travel extensively, up to 75%, within the assigned territory, primarily supporting senior living communities and facilities in Roanoke and neighboring communities, including Blacksburg, Lexington, and Rich Creek; candidates based near Roanoke are strongly preferred.
Upon hire, the candidate must obtain the appropriate state health insurance license within the first 30 days of employment, including passing the required state licensing exam and completing AHIP certification.
Experience working directly with older adults or in a healthcare setting, such as senior living, home health, hospice, or care coordination.
Background in sales, admissions, business development, community outreach, or case management.
