Must be able to effectively maintain and troubleshoot classroom AV and computer systems
Be familiar with hybrid and online teaching modalities
A broad knowledge of audio and video production equipment operation and distribution is essential
Working knowledge of computer applications (including Microsoft Office and web-based applications)
Good knowledge of Extron Electronics products and control systems
Understanding of developing trends in presentation and media distribution technologies.
Familiarity with commonly used artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms, including but not limited to generative AI assistants, AI-powered productivity features within standard enterprise applications (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), and AI-enhanced support and automation tools.
Physical mobility: 20% sitting, 30% standing, 30% walking, 10% kneeling, 10% stooping
Physical effort: lifting 40 lbs waist or shoulder high; 20 lbs above head.
Must be able to carry 20ft.
Must be able to push, pull and hold weight.
