Design and application knowledge of facility HVAC, control, lighting and electrical systems
Must have a valid driver's license
Provide proof of personnel auto insurance
Must have reliable personnel vehicle
Flexibility to work overtime / weekends as required
The majority of a regular workday requires sitting.
Frequent standing and walking.
Excellent speaking, hearing as well as good vision.
May be required to climb ladders, carry/ lift 10lbs.
Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.
