High school diploma or GED required
0–2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team player with good communication skills
Basic understanding of production and quality control processes preferred
Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Required overtime on Fridays (expect up to 50-hour work weeks at this time)
Pay: $17.00/hr to start
$17.50/hr after 30 days with strong performance
Type: Temp-to-hire with long-term potential
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
Frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Repetitive use of hands and wrists
Steel-toe shoes required
Long pants and long sleeves required
Facility is not climate controlled, temperatures may vary seasonally
