3+ years of desktop support, help desk, or end-user support experience in a corporate environment.
Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Teams.
Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Familiarity with remote support tools such as Bomgar or Remote Desktop.
Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 25 pounds.
