Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management (or equivalent experience).
8-10 years of industrial experience
5+ years in a leadership role managing quality functions.
Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 required.
Demonstrated knowledge of FAIs, incoming inspection systems, and qualification testing aligned with industry standards (e.g., IPC, MIL, customer-specific standards).
Strong background in QMS, RCCM, SPC, FMEA, and control plans.
