Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a related fabrication, production, or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of fabrication duties, including welding, lead bonding, and painting.
Solid grasp of downstream workflows to ensure production needs are consistently met.
Prior supervisory experience managing a team of 4-5 fabrication employees.
Experience providing daily direction on work assignments, along with coaching, training, and guidance on safety, quality, and company policies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, aerial lifts, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for most of the workday.
