Stands and/or walks continuously throughout shift without a break for up to 4 hours.

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to visually locate merchandise and other objects, as well as verify information, often in small print.
Employment at Harps may be contingent upon completion and our evaluation of: PEP survey, drug screen, employment reference check, criminal background check, or credit check.
Continuous repetitive motion with hand(s) and arm(s), such as grasping, gripping and turning.
Frequently reaches overhead and below the knees, including pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching and twisting with or without bearing weight.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers
Ability to gain and maintain required forklift certification and license
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to carry out detailed instruction
Comply with all general safety policies and procedures in accordance with Company, Local, State, and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to key product/move data into terminals on a daily basis
Fork Lift Operator II
Must be 18 years of age
2 -- 4 years related experience
Ability to understand/use WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Ability to read written documentation containing schedule moves, printout computer screens, and store tickets for accurate product movement
Ability to operate clean-up broom, plastic compactor, forklifts, and carts
Satisfactory completion of cart driver training
Ability to work in cold/freezing temperatures of 30 degrees
