This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require overtime and occasional weekend work.

High school diploma or GED.

Journeyman Electrician license or higher (state-recognized).

8+ years of electrical installation experience in industrial or commercial environments.

3+ years of supervisory or lead field experience.

Hands-on experience with electrical startup and commissioning activities.

Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910/1926 standards.

Associate degree in technical field or equivalent experience.

7-10 Years' experience in Heavy Industrial Environment as Superintendent or Lead Foreman.

Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, ACC,BIMS 360, Procore, cloud project management platforms, field daily reports, safety reports

Ability to obtain OSHA 30 Hour Certification and site relevant safety training

Ability to obtain NFPA70E and Arc Flash Certifications.

Must be authorized to work in the USA.

The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Associate's degree or technical diploma in Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, or related field or completion of accredited apprenticeship (4 year minimum).

Master Electrician license.

Experience working with modular energy systems, utility plants, or packaged mechanical systems.

Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and SCADA systems.

OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications.

Experience in commissioning smart building or IIoT-connected systems.

Familiarity with Medium Voltage Systems (greater than 1000V)

1st Shift (6:00 AM ? 2:30 PM)

1\. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion of a Bonafide 4 year/8000 hour apprenticeship program. 2\. If not, must have 8 years of verifiable experience. If the 8 years is from a UAW facility, you must have a letter from the facility on company letterhead stating the dates of service and classification/s of the work performed during the years you are submitting as your experience. This letter must then be signed by a company representative with their name and title printed and it must also be signed by the local union bargaining chair or steward at the facility with their name and title printed. If the 8 years experience is not at the UAW facility, the additional years of verifiable experience must be on company letterhead, signed by the company representative and then taken to be notarized.

Valid State of Michigan HVAC license OR recognized Journeyman Card

Minimum of 8 years of verifiable HVAC experience in commercial or industrial environments

Strong working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems

Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong troubleshooting

Documentation skills

Strong commercial or industrial experience (preferred over residential)

Experience operating in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with Mazatrol or Mazak Smooth G controller is a must.

Must be experienced with setting up and qualifying weldments.

Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
