2–5 years of experience in building/facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or a related mechanical/electrical trade
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with
demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and repair common issues
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening
as well as a background check
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts, and in confined spaces,
outdoor environments, and varying temperatures
Manual dexterity and ability to constantly manipulate small to medium
components
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods
High school diploma or GED required
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record required
