Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.

Eligibility for the applicable annual bonus plan for salaried employees.

$90,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience

Full-Time

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, from an accredited college or university.

Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and applicable standards/regulations, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 21 CFR Part 820, as applicable.

Experience with statistical process control, process capability, measurement systems, risk-based thinking and data-driven quality improvement.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to work effectively with ERP, quality systems and digital reporting tools.

Successful completion of the pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol testing and criminal background investigation is required following an offer of employment.

This position requires access to information subject to ITAR, EAR and NRC requirements. Applicants must be U.S. persons as defined by 22 CFR 120.15.

Aerospace and/or medical manufacturing experience is preferred.

ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is desirable but not required.
