Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Two years of minimum manufacturing experience
Ability to perform basic math, including the use of calculators
1 year of electronic assembly
Experience with using a computer and or ability to learn basic usage of Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
Experience wiring electrical panels, instrumentation, and devices / point-to-point testing.
Ability to work from detailed schematics, wire lists, bill of materials, engineering drawings, and documentation.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs. (sometimes more, depending on the job)
The task repeats 6 -7 times per 8-hour shift
Ability to stand for extended periods (8 -12 hours)
Regularly need to bend, twist, kneel, or squat
Frequently reaching above the shoulders or below the waist
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands, such as assembling small parts, packing, or sorting
Use of small hand tools, requiring fine motor skills
Visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) to read labels, gauges, blueprints, or assembly instructions
Tolerance for light noise, dust, light, and light soldering smoke
Must be able to wear PPE – Steel-toed Shoes, Safety Glasses, protective gloves, and Electrostatic Control Coat
