4+ years of experience in catastrophe hail repair operations, automotive repair management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of repair standards, insurance claims processes, and hail damage assessment.
Proven leadership experience in managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with Dealership, Body Shops, insurers, and repair teams.
Ability to analyze data, create reports, and implement operational improvements.
Proficiency in industry-related software and technology, including estimating software (CCC, Audatex, Mitchell).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
Travel may be required up to 80%
