High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, purchase orders, material requirements, and sourcing activities.
Working knowledge of supplier negotiations, RFQs, cost analysis, inventory management, and supplier performance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to independently prioritize multiple assignments and resolve purchasing and supply-related issues.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
Must be eligible to receive information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
