High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or a related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair production and manufacturing equipment.
Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, technical instructions, work orders, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and safely use hand and power tools while performing maintenance activities.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb stairs and ladders, and work in various positions throughout a 12-hour shift.
Ability to work safely around moving mechanical parts and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise, wet or humid conditions, varying temperatures, and other industrial hazards while wearing required PPE.
