Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques.
Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred).
Ability to operate lifts, ladders, and power tools.
Must be able to distinguish colors on charts, fan decks, and labels.
Dependable transportation.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications.
Apply Latex, oil-based, and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques.
Prepare surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) for paint application.
Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. while bending, twisting, and standing.
