High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Basic computer skills with an ability to quickly learn inventory management and barcode scanning systems
Receive, move, store, and issue essential materials to ensure smooth production workflows, including dock-to-stock activities, material requisition orders, printed circuit boards (PCBs), floor returns, transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP)
Accurately execute inventory transactions using scanners, computers, and inventory management systems, maintaining precise records
Conduct routine cycle counts and verifications to uphold inventory accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly following safety policies and procedures
Support warehouse and manufacturing processes as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
Perform additional duties as required to support operational success
