High School Diploma or Equivalent
Basic computer skills required
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Move about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another
Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, ramps, step stools, etc.
Move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces
Traverse flat and uneven terrain
Work in an overhead position and/or reaching
Adjust or move objects of 100+ lbs. in all directions
Lifting and placing objects of 100+ lbs.
Operate machinery and power tools
Operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts
Exposed to outdoor weather elements (wind, precipitation) including low and high temperatures and exposed to hazardous chemicals
Able to work overtime, weekends, night hours (on-call property emergencies)
Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement
