Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry managing mechanical construction projects.
Experience managing mechanical construction projects valued up to $15M+ in scope.
Direct mechanical piping experience on construction projects.
Experience managing project financials, forecasting, procurement, subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships.
Experience supporting data center, healthcare, hospital, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 10+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of data center, healthcare, hospital, industrial, and mission-critical construction environments.
Ability to solve complex project issues related to schedule, budget, manpower, procurement, and overall execution.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Solid project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
