1+ year of customer service experience

Previous experience in a high-volume call center or customer support environment.

Comfortable handling a large volume of inbound calls

Comfortable using Windows-based computer systems and dual monitors.

Preferably within the construction or industrial sector.

Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience working with dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or transportation teams.

Previous exposure to manufacturing, construction, building materials, or concrete environments.

Experience communicating with tradespeople or employees in a unionized environment.

Ability and willingness to learn industry-specific terminology and processes.

$150,000 – $300,000+ annually (commission-based)

Uncapped commission structure with weekly pay

Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.
