15+ years of related accounting experience required.
5+ years of financial accounting management experience required.
5+ years of HealthCare experience required.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, accounting, economics or a related area required.
CPA or CMA required.
Knowledge of US GAAP.
Knowledge of US tax code related to partnership and corporate tax.
Knowledge of US auditing standards.
Knowledge of the Vituity policies and procedures and regulatory requirements relating to general compensation.
Knowledge of the concepts, standards, and methods for auditing compliance.
Ability to keep abreast of new/current laws, regulations and common/emerging practices.
Ability to use office equipment and automated systems/applications/software at an acceptable level of proficiency.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English enough to perform the duties of the position.
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and/or statutes.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
Knowledge of insurance: workers' compensation, cyber, malpractice, general liability.
