Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.

Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $24.05 per hour and $37.78 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $24.05 to $31.05, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
