Certification from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), or one of the following: Cued Speech TEC Unit certification, American Consortium of Certified Interpreters (ACCI) Level 4 or above, Education Sign Skills Evaluation - Interpreter (ESSES) Level 4 or above, or Educational Interpreter Performance Evaluation (EIPA) Level 4 or above.

Demonstrated expertise in early literacy instruction, including phonics-based and developmentally appropriate approaches.

Experience designing and delivering professional learning for adult educators (virtual and in-person).

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse school environments.

Ability to analyze instructional needs and use data to inform development of resources and training.

Willingness and availability to travel periodically to school sites and the California-based Home Office.

Degree in Early Childhood Education, Literacy, Reading Specialist, or related field strongly preferred.

Kindergarten teaching or instructional leadership experience strongly preferred.

Experience with curriculum frameworks or developing instructional resources preferred.

Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred
