High School diploma or general education degree
Directly related experience in industrial or manufacturing mechanic comparable role with 5+ years' experience.
Driver's License is required.
Advanced knowledge of industrial machinery operation, bearings, gears, drives, sensors, and relays.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems.
Experience with ball screws, spindles, and CNC axis repairs.
Knowledge and use of test equipment such as multi-meters.
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and electrical drawings and schematics.
Proficient mechanical and trouble shooting skills.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position - Occasionally
Must be able to move about the inside of the building - Constantly
Must be able to move equipment around the building - Constantly
Must be able to ascend/descend stairs or ladders - Frequently
Must be able to position oneself and move under/around/over equipment - Constantly
Must be able to handle/adjust/inspect/position various items and equipment - Constantly
Must be able to communicate and exchange information with others - Frequently
Must be able to perform tasks that require repetitive handling/adjusting/inspecting/positioning of items and equipment - Constantly
