A Bachelor's degree and/or five or more years of experience in hospital maintenance and/or construction within a healthcare setting are required

A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in healthcare-related facility equipment and systems operations, including expertise in chiller systems, steam boilers, hydraulic systems, building controls, electrical systems, and air handlers

Broad knowledge of TJC, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory agency standards is essential

A valid driver's license is a prerequisite

Full time

Coursework or certification in electronic technology and 2 years industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology (including troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment) OR 3 years industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology (including troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment)

PLC/PC program knowledge and troubleshooting experience

Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24 VDC systems

Team Member will perform shift work and must be willing to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.

Both Associate's Degree in electronic technology and 2 years industrial maintenance experience specializing in electronic technology (including troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment)

2nd Shift

High school diploma or equivalent

4 to 6 years of industrial maintenance electrical, PLC, or related experience

PLC control systems, power distribution systems, sensors, transmitters, automatic valves and other integrated electromechanical systems

Basic knowledge of boilers, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration system, wastewater system

General knowledge of blueprints; able to read equipment specifications and installation instructions

Able to read blueprints and ladder logic

Able to perform all required preventative, productive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance procedures

Able to perform electrical repairs such as motor wiring, motor starter fuses, and basic electrical trouble shooting and repairs

Able to perform complex or complicated activities/repairs independently

Able to complete projects from planning to installation

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Must be able to read, write and speak English

Graduation from trade school or technical school preferred in areas such as industrial automation, electricity-electronics, PLC, etc.

Preferably in a manufacturing environment

State certified electrician license and other certifications and/or licenses may be required during course of employment
